Supports GitLab jobs matrix feature to enable multiple build. 

BREAKING CHANGE: changed `GO_BUILD_ARGS` to `GO_BUILD_FLAGS` variable and `GO_TEST_ARGS` to `GO_TEST_FLAGS` variable. See doc.
